Cocoa Peanut Butter Granola
A granola suggested by a csa customer of ours. This granola is a bit more of an indulgence than our house granola. It is like a deep chocolate peanut butter cup. Our little one eats this granola for a snack with milk or yogurt. Someone told me they make an apple crumble with this granola as the crumble topping. Another customer likes to eat it sprinkled over vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients: organic sprouted rolled oats, peanut butter(peanuts,salt), crushed peanuts, coconut oil, maple syrup, dark cocoa, coconut sugar, sea salt.
Each bag contains 1 lb granola that lasts for 3 weeks at room temperature before the texture starts to suffer. This granola can be frozen up to 3 months.
