'Coffee' Coffee Cake
1 hearty slice of coffee coffee cake. This recipe was inspired by Edd Kimber’s coffee cake recipe. I usually could care less about coffee cake…until I baked this. The cake part of this equation is made with sour cream…which makes it fantastically moist. The cake is so extremely fluffy on top of that…then you have espresso cinnamon swirl in the middle, and a browned butter streusel on top…It’s too good. I use all organic flour, eggs, sugar, and sour cream in mine.
