Spring Dandelion Jelly

from $5.00

Our scratch-made jelly made from spring dandelion blossoms from the farm. This jelly is made by making a floral tea from our dandelions, then cooking it with pectin (from apples), sugar, and lemon juice. The finished jelly tastes similar to honey but with a great floral smell. This is excellent spread on toast, on a sandwich, or used in pastries.

Our jellies last 1 month in the refrigerator once opened. They will last up to a year if unopened in your pantry.
